Porsche has added two entry-level models to its sedan lineup, the Panamera and Panamera 4.? These are the first Panamera models to feature the all-new Porsche designed 3.6-liter 90-degree V-6 engine with Direct Fuel Injection (DFI) that develops 300 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque.
They are build on the same line as the normally aspirated and twin-turbocharged 4.8-liter V-8 engines found in the Panamera S, 4S and Turbo.
The rear-drive Panamera accelerates from 0 to 60 mph in 6.0 seconds, has a top speed of 160 mph and gets 18 mpg in city driving and 27 mpg on the highway. The all-wheel drive Panamera 4 accelerates from 0 to 60 mph in 5.8 seconds, has a top speed of 159 mph and gets 18/27 mpg. Prices are $74,400 and $78,900, respectively excluding destination.
