“All Roads Lead to Pikes Peak”

Big news for Ducati fans and riders, Ducati is returning to Pikes Peak in 2012 for the 90th running of the ?Race to the Clouds.? Defending champion and Pikes Peak motorcycle record holder, Carlin Dunne, will join six-time Pikes Peak winner,Greg Tracy, in an effort to defend the title for Ducati.
In addition to the racing however, one of the most exciting aspects of the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb is really the journey to the race. For the Ducati team, it involves months of preparation and three intense days of sunrise practice sessions leading up to race day. For Ducati fans, the adventure starts when they fire up their bike and set out for their own personal adventure to Colorado Springs, CO.
For this year?s race, Ducati is presenting the following challenge:?The Italian motorcycle manufacturer wants to see at least one Ducati representative from each and every state in the U.S., including representatives from Canada and Mexico, tour from their home town to Colorado Springs to join us for the iconic race! So far, more than 45 participants, from over 25 states, have already signed up for their adventure to Pikes Peak.
